Location Flåm: Shared Sauna - Late Night Aufguss Ritual 1h

Led by our Sauna Master, the session includes two aufguss rounds using calming essential oils, ambient music, and fan movements that circulate the heat through the sauna. Between rounds, cool down with refreshing fjord dips before returning to the warmth. After the ritual, you can enjoy the remaining time in the sauna at your own pace.

Towels, seat pads, and our natural body scrub are included. No prior sauna experience needed.

• Duration: 60-minute sauna session, including two Aufguss rounds guided by our Sauna Master
• Capacity: Up to 8 guests
• Minimum age: 12+ (under 18 with adult). For families with children under 12, we recommend a private session.
• Location: Piers 10 & 11, Flåm harbor
• Our floating saunas are always docked (they move with the water).

Arrival

Find us at Flåm harbor, Piers 10 & 11 — just a 5-minute walk along the wooden dock from the town center (follow signs to Flåm Marina). Paid parking is available in public lots nearby. Please don’t park at Flåm Marina & Apartments.

Sauna Etiquette & Rules

• Sauna and swimming at your own risk
• Always sit on the disposable towel provided
• Use fresh water only on the sauna stove
• No alcohol allowed on Shared Sauna Ritual.
• Glass is strictly forbidden inside the sauna — breaking glass causes us to close. A fine of NOK 3000 applies.
• Be mindful of others and respect the time limit
• Arrive and leave on time — your 90 minutes includes changing before and after the sauna
