Event: Pride Aufguss in Aurland - 1h

Each session lasts 60 minutes and includes two aufguss rounds. Aufguss is a guided sauna ritual where the sauna master uses ice balls infused with essential oils and special towel-waving techniques to distribute heat, scent, and energy throughout the sauna. The result is a more immersive and engaging sauna experience where heat, music, scent, and atmosphere come together. Between the rounds we do a refreshing dip in the Aurlandsfjord before returning to the warmth.

For this Pride Aufguss, we are turning up the energy with iconic Pride anthems, vibrant vibes, and a great atmosphere. Sit back and enjoy the experience – or sing along if the vibe takes you.

Price: NOK 300 per person. Maximum 10 participants per session.
All income from the event will be donated directly to the organisation behind Pride Aurland.
