Membership

Personal membership

The membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another person. The membership code may only be used by the person the membership is registered to. We may ask you to show ID upon arrival.

Age

You must be 18 years or older to purchase and use the membership.

Validity

The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and does not renew automatically. After 12 months, you will need to purchase a new membership if you wish to continue.

Member prices

Member prices vary by season. FjordSauna may adjust prices and seasonal periods when necessary. You will be notified of any changes that affect your membership.

Bookings and cancellations

The cancellation deadline is 48 hours before your session. After this deadline, no refund will be given and we cannot guarantee changes. Member prices are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Which sessions offer member prices?

You get member prices on Shared Sauna, Silent Shared Sauna, Shared Aufguss Ritual and Private Sauna in both Flåm and Aurland. Prices and discounts vary depending on the season and type of session.

Where can I find my membership code?

After signing up, you will receive an email from us. Click “View tickets” to open your membership card. Your membership code is shown directly below the QR code.

Book a sauna using your membership code:

1. Go to fjordsauna.no, click “Book here” and choose your session, location and date.
2. Enter your membership code. Click “I have a code” and enter your membership code. The member price will be applied automatically. Please note: when pasting the code, an extra space may appear before or after it. Remove any spaces for the code to work.
3. Choose your preferred time and complete your booking.
4. Enjoy your sauna session! Arrive at your booked time. For an Aufguss Ritual, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Remember that the membership is personal, and we may ask you to show ID upon arrival.
